Terms and Conditions

Customer may (a) add Service, provided the Minimum Service period can be met, (b) increase the Service speed, and/or (c) change the physical location of all or part of Service to another location within the same CEWest serving area. Such changes to Service will be provided under the terms and conditions of the CEWest Tariff provided (d) Service is available at the speed(s) and location(s) requested, and (e) Funding is approved, if applicable. The Rates for any Service elements installed during the first twelve months of the Term ("Phased-In Installation") will be those in effect on the date the first Service element ordered under this Acknowledgement is installed, as evidenced by CEWest records. Rates for additions or changes to Service beyond the Phased-In Installation period will be those in effect at the time of the addition and change.


CEWest will notify Customer of the date Service is available for use. If Customer informs CEWest that it is unable or unwilling to accept Service at such time, Service will be available for Customer for a period not to exceed thirty (30) business days from such date ("Grace Period"), Customer still has not accepted Service, Communications may, at its sole discretion, either: (a) commence with regular monthly billing for the Service; or, (b) terminate the Service and invoice Customer for any applicable cancellation charges pursuant to Communications.
